[ How we work ]

From brief to live system.

No surprises, no subcontracting, no scope creep. Every FIS engagement follows the same six-phase framework — designed to protect the client and keep delivery on schedule.

Six phases. One team.

/01

Discovery & Requirements

We open with a structured requirements workshop — on-site where possible. We map current state, document pain points, define success criteria, and produce a signed-off scope document before anything else begins.

  • Scope document
  • Site survey report
  • Risk register
/02

Solution Design

Our engineers translate requirements into a detailed technical architecture. We produce a bill of quantities, select equipment, and finalise a fixed-price commercial proposal — all reviewed with the client before sign-off.

  • Technical architecture
  • Bill of quantities
  • Fixed-price proposal
/03

Procurement

We source equipment through vetted suppliers, manage import logistics where required, and maintain a project materials log. Clients have full visibility of what was ordered, from whom, and when it arrives.

  • Purchase orders
  • Delivery schedule
  • Materials log
/04

Installation & Commissioning

Our own engineers carry out every installation — no subcontractors. Each day ends with a progress report. Commissioning runs in stages, with the client's IT team present for sign-off at each milestone.

  • Daily progress reports
  • Commissioning test sheets
  • Milestone sign-offs
/05

Handover & Training

We produce complete as-built documentation, walk the client through every system, and conduct hands-on training. Nothing is closed out until the client team is confident operating independently.

  • As-built drawings
  • System manuals
  • Training session records
/06

Ongoing Support

All engagements include a warranty period. Clients can extend into an annual maintenance contract with defined SLAs — covering remote monitoring, scheduled preventive maintenance visits, and priority call-out.

  • Warranty certificate
  • SLA agreement
  • Maintenance schedule
