Provincial Finance Directorate

NetworkingSoftware
SectorGovernment — Finance
340Cable drops
4Floors
0Downtime hours

Challenge

The directorate operated across four floors with no structured cabling — ad-hoc switches, unmanaged Wi-Fi, and a legacy payroll application that had not been updated in six years.

Outcome

Delivered a fully documented Cat6A structured network with fiber inter-floor backbone, managed switching, and a rebuilt payroll platform integrated with the ministry's central HR system. Zero downtime during cutover.

NetworkingSafety & Access
SectorEducation — Public
480Network drops

Challenge

A newly constructed 8-building campus needed end-to-end IT infrastructure before the academic year. Scope covered LAN, wireless, fire alarm, and CCTV across all buildings under a single contract.

Outcome

Full campus fit-out completed in 11 weeks. 480 network drops, 62 access points, addressable fire alarm across all buildings, 120 IP cameras with central NVR. Passed fire inspection first attempt.

Ministry Fleet Operations

GPS & Fleet
SectorGovernment — Transport
214Vehicles tracked
4Days to install
90%Drop in zone breaches

Challenge

A fleet of 200+ ministry vehicles had no tracking, no geofencing, and no fuel accountability. Manual trip logs were unreliable and vehicles were being used outside authorised zones.

Outcome

Hardwired GPS units installed across 214 vehicles in four days. Live map portal deployed with geofencing, idle alerts, and fuel-usage reports. Unauthorised zone breaches dropped 90% within the first month.

Safety & AccessNetworking
SectorHealthcare — Public
12Floors covered
94Cameras installed
1stInspection pass

Challenge

An aging fire alarm system in a 12-storey hospital had multiple open faults and had failed its last two annual inspections. CCTV coverage was also incomplete with blind spots in critical areas.

Outcome

Full replacement of the fire alarm system with an addressable panel covering all zones. 94 new IP cameras installed with redundant NVR storage. Passed inspection on first attempt and received compliance certification.
